MerCruiser Y-Pipe Assembly

This Y-pipe is required when you want to add an exhaust cutout system to a boat only equipped with thru-transom exhaust. Engine removal is required for installation.

You will need one per engine. For engines without through-prop exhaust. Does not include hose or clamps.

Y-Pipe Insert Caps

These caps are commonly used when switching to a thru-hull exhaust system when the y-pipe is no longer needed to route the exhaust. Instead of pulling the engine to remove the y-pipe you can now easily slip these in and clamp them down, easy as that. Made of stainless steel these caps will be good for years to come. Sold in pairs.

Cover Plate - Alpha and Bravo Applications

These cover plates are used when you remove the Y-pipe assembly and need to cover the exhaust port that has been left exposed These are stainless steel cover plates, not aluminum units Designed to last a lifetime.

4" Exhaust Connection Bellows

These 4" diameter by 4" long high temp silicone rubber exhaust connections are perfect for connecting exhaust cutouts, Y-pipes, even elbows or reducers. Their quality construction ensures a tight seal and long life. They have built-in registers to accept 2 clamps per end. Clamps are sold separately.
