Featuring the same quality design and sleek looks of their big tube
counterparts, the Hurricane Lite Headers are designed to replace
standard HP500, 600, and 700 Headers. The 100% 316L stainless steel
headers are completely annealed and stress relieved prior to the show
quality polishing to ensure maximum durability. The header and
tailpipe share a double wall design and water transfer system that
even allows the option of pre-heating the incoming sea water. The
Hurricane Lite Headers are available with a standard Hardin Marine
flange, or a CMI style flange, allowing the use of Hardin Marine or
CMI style Tailpipes.
More original features
are the V-Tex collector design and aerospace inspired multi-axis leak
proof bolted tailpipe flange, no hose type clamps or rope seals are
used here. Each header offers a welded water inlet tree as standard
equipment, once again you won't find any failed rubber hoses here.

2-5/8" Water Flow Gauge Kits
The Raw Water Flow system is a new patented system that indicates your engine’s water flow volume. This system warns you of a potential problem or danger that would otherwise not be indicated by a water pressure gauge alone, thus preventing cosmetic and structural damage to expensive exhaust headers, intercoolers and other cooling systems. Water flow is a real indication of water surging through a cooling system such as: exhaust headers, sea strainers, impellers, Gen sets, intercoolers and any other marine or industrial applications that utilize water flow. Don’t confuse water flow with water pressure; as many OEM engine manufacturers measure water pressure in different areas of the motor. This number may not be telling you the real story of water flow. Your water pressure can be constant from the first day you bought your new boat. The danger may be lurking in the water flow which could be caused by:
- A plugged heat exchanger
- Extensive debris build-up in the intercooler or sea strainer
- A kinked hose
- Worn impeller
- Water pickups not collecting enough water for cooling system
These may be the culprits causing the good water pressure reading, when in actuality there is poor water flow. Low water flow results in; cosmetic and structural damage to expensive exhaust headers caused by burned impellers and/or the clogging and damage of intercoolers or strainers. Calibration is set at idle and at wide open throttle (WOT). This will generate the cooling system’s normal operating range. When water flow rises or drops more than 20% from that range (regardless of RPM), it will trip the alarm illuminating the built-in LED light; an optional audible alarm may be added. Pick the size of the hose and mount the Tee in-line on the output side of a sea strainer or sea pump. The paddle wheel sensor installs in the Tee and can be easily removed for inspection. sensation, the "Serpentine Crossover Inlet". This stainless steel and
billet aluminum water crossover this unit at last allows for the removal
of the factory power robbing circulating pump while retaining the
provision for the original pulley. This has been a challenge for years.
This unit offers a option cooling system bypass port as well as a single
inlet. Removal of the circulating pump allows the engine to regain up
to 15 horsepower lost by the drag of the factory pump. These kits are
available with or without the pulley and for both 454/502 Mag

460 Ford Center Rise Aluminum Exhaust Kit
These stock replacement aluminum manifolds use “LPC” or “Low Pressure
Casting”. LPC is a casting method that uses the pressure of inert gas to
force the molten liquid metal from the bottom of the holding pot
through a riser pipe into the tooling mold directly above. After the
casting cools and solidifies, the pressure is reduced. The pressure
applied usually does not exceed 1.0 bar, hence “low pressure casting”.
The technology of “Lost Foam” casting is carried out by gravitational
force (0.0689 bar, 1 atmosphere pressure) while LPC is done by
pressurizing the molten liquid metal, usually at around 0.3 ~ 0.8 bar,
4.35~11.6 atmosphere pressure. LPC can be carefully controlled to
eliminate porosity in the casting wall. This is because the molten metal
becomes denser as it is squeezed into the mold by pressure, thus
preventing gas bubbles and inclusions. The results are as superior as
those produced by forging (manifolds can not be produced by forging).
The LPC method allows for improved filling of thin-walled parts and
large areas of tooling.
This is a complete kit with all the bolts and gaskets needed for
assembly. The manifolds and risers are constructed from 356-T6 aluminum
and powder-coated black. This kit uses adapters to fit the manifolds to the head.
