Shipping Information

Due to the wide variety of items we offer (weights, sizes and configurations), Keith Eickert Performance Products is not able to calculate shipping charges in advance of the actual shipment taking place.
Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order total at the time of shipment.
Orders placed through this web site are shipped via one of the following methods:

• Delivery in the continental United States and Canada - Shipped via UPS Ground
• Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands - Shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air
• Delivery outside the US (overseas) - Shipped via DHL

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Shipping Damage or Shortages:
If your parts are damaged during shipping, please contact the freight carrier.  Please call Keith Eickert Performance Products for all shortages within 24 hours of receiving your parts.

Returns:
Please contact us to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number.  Parts returned are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.  No returns after 30 days.  Items not returnable:  tools, books, electrical items, chemicals, items not in the original packaging and special order items.  Parts installed, modified or damaged will not be accepted.
NOTE:  DO NOT return parts to Keith Eickert Performance Products without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, as they will be refused.

Return Authorization will be furnished after providing the following information:

1. Keith Eickert Performance Products invoice number.
2. Date of invoice
3. Part number
4. Quantity to be returned
5. Reason for return
6. Defective or new-return
7. Exchange or return

Keith Eickert Performance Products reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

Shipping Instructions for Returns:

1. Mark the RGA# prominently on the outside of the shipping container and include it on all documentation and correspondence.
2. Enclose a copy of the original invoice.
3. Insure the package for "full value".
4. Ship the package "freight prepaid".  No C.O.D.'s will be accepted.
5. Outside the USA ship the package back "duty prepaid".  No duty shipments will be accepted.
6. Credit will be authorized for merchandise only.   No refunds on handling and freight charges

Limited Warranty

Keith Eickert Performance Products warrants its new products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) one year from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

The Keith Eickert Performance Products Limited Warranty specifically does not apply to products which have been (a) modified or altered in any way; (b) subjected to adverse conditions such as misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or adjustment, dirt, or other contaminants, water, corrosion, or faulty repair; (c) any product used for racing; or (d) used in a manner other than what is specifically recommended in the current Keith Eickert Performance Products catalog.

There are no warranties that extend beyond those stated herein.  Keith Eickert Performance Products offers no other warranties, express or implied beyond this Limited Warranty.

In the vent of an alleged defect in material or workmanship, Keith Eickert Performance Products responsibility is strictly limited to repair or replace the defective product.  Keith Eickert Performance Products has no other obligation express or implied.  Final warranty determination will be at the sole discretion of Keith Eickert Performance Products

Keith Eickert Performance Products shall not be responsible for: (a) actual or alleged labor, transportation or other incidental charges; or (b) actual or alleged consequential or other damages incurred by use of any product of Keith Eickert Performance Products

To initiate the warranty process:

Returns and exchanges will be accepted only with a "Return Goods Authorization Number" from Keith Eickert Performance Products.  R.G.A. numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.  Write this number on the outside of your returning package and tag the goods inside with your name and R.G.A. number.  An R.G.A. number does NOT guarantee a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.  Non-defective items must be returned in new, resalable condition, in original packaging.

This Limited Warranty sets forth specific legal rights.  The consumer may have other rights as a result of variations in state laws or provincial laws.  This Limited Warranty supersedes all prior warranty statements.  Inquiries concerning this warranty should be directed to:
